Summary

Young Justice is often confused with the Teen Titans, the most popular team of young heroesin theDC Comicsuniverse. However, despite sharing some similar members, they are actually a separate team. After the original Teen Titans members aged out of their teenage years and formed the Titans, the original roster of Young Justice included Robin (Tim Drake), Impulse, and Superboy, but it later expanded to include more heroes.

The popular animated seriesYoung Justicefeatured this team, incorporating many members who were not present in the comic book version. This roster effectively merged characters from both the Teen Titans and the Young Justice teams. The series showcases numerous powerful heroes, and this list is a ranking of these heroes based on their levels of power.

Garfield Logan

Beast Boy is best known as a member of the Teen Titans, as a member of the second roster first established in the 1980s. However, he also served as a member of Young Justice, which is a trait that continued into the series.

As a child, Garfield contracted a rare illness and received a serum from a green monkey. This serum altered his appearance andgranted him the ability to transform into any animal. When he changes into an animal, he gains its powers. For instance, if he transforms into a gorilla, he acquires their strength, and if he becomes a bird, he gains the ability to fly. Despite having a wide range of powers at his disposal, Beast Boy is relatively limited compared to others in the superhero community.

Miguel Montez

Miguel Montez is the current owner of the H-Dial, a device that allows the user to transform into a superhero from the ‘Heroverse’ by dialing the letter H. Each superhero comes with their own unique set of abilities. One of the most well-known examples is Monster Truck, a truck-themed hero known for his immense strength and speed, though he also has a penchant for destruction. These transformations are temporary, and Miguel returns to his original form once the hero completes their mission.

Additionally, Miguel has access to the C-Dial, which allows him to become the hero he needs at any given moment. A prime example of this is SuperMiguel, a hero endowed with powers similar to those of Superman. Although Miguel is still a young hero and cannot yet be ranked very high, the potential he holds with the H-Dial and C-Dial is considerable.

Keli Quintela

Keli Quintela utilized her brilliant intellect to design a gauntlet that allows her to access the power of the Green Lantern Ring withoutthe knowledge of the Green Lantern Corps. With this technology, she can create hard-light constructs using her thoughts, which she employs to fight crime as a member of Young Justice.

Eventually, her actions drew the attention of the Guardians of Oa, and she was formally inducted into the Green Lantern Corps. However, since she is still new to her heroic journey, she cannot be ranked very high at this time. If she successfully masters the willpower-fueled Green Lantern ring, she may achieve a higher rank in the future.

Amaya

Amethyst is the princess of Gemworld and a powerful magic user. She can generate and control hard-light crystals, often forming them into swords that are sharp enough to cut through flesh. In addition to this, the crystals she creates have various abilities, such as healing others, generating plant life, and producing powerful beams of light, depending on their color.

She joined the new Young Justice lineup in the New 52 continuity but has not yet appeared on the silver screen and is not featured in the animated show of the same name.

Grant Emerson

Grant Emerson is a powerful hero and the son of the original Atom, Albert Pratt. Raised in foster care, he soon discovered that he possessed explosive powers. As a living biochemical fusion reactor, he can absorb, build up, and produce energy, which he uses to enhance his strength and durability. Additionally, he can project this energy in the form of energy blasts.

After accidentally destroying half of Atlanta, Grant joined the Titans, which eventually led to a stint with Young Justice. WhileDamage has the potential for mass destruction, his unpredictability limits his effectiveness.

Freddy Freeman

Freddy Freeman is the foster brother of Billy Batson, who is the hero chosen by the wizard Shazam. Billy was granted the powers of ancient gods and mythical beings. In a moment of need against Black Adam, Billy shared his abilities with his foster siblings, and Freddy became Shazam Jr.

With the wisdom of Solomon, the strength of Hercules, the stamina of Atlas, and other extraordinary powers, Freddy learned to think alongside Billy and is regarded as his successor. To gain experience as a superhero, he joined the Teen Titans, Titans, and Young Justice, collaborating with other young heroes.

Jackson Hyde

This version of Aqualad was first introduced in the series as Kaldur’ahm and later incorporated into the comics as the new Aqualad, following the death ofGarth, the original Aqualad. His human name is Jackson Hyde, and he is the son of Black Manta and an Atlantean Xebelian rebel named Lucia.

As an Atlantean, Jackson possesses the typical abilities of superhuman strength, enhanced vision, durability, and speed. Additionally, he is a powerful magic user. His illuminated body markings grant him the ability to manipulate water (hydrokinesis), which he employs to create hard-water weaponry. He also has electrokinesis, similar to the abilities of an electric eel. Like his animated counterpart, he has joined the Young Justice team and has become a pivotal member of the group.

Bart Allen

Bart Allen is a speedster and a conduit of the Speed Force, which grants him immense speed, quick reflexes, enhanced healing, and the ability to time travel. This ability is essential to his character, as he comes from the future and is the grandson of the Flash, Barry Allen, who traveled to the 21st century to help continue his family’s legacy.

Along with other sidekicks, Superboy and Robin, he formed Young Justice, a group of young heroes that is distinct from the Teen Titans, although he would later join that team as well. Speedsters are incredibly powerful; a battle could be decided before it even starts, which is why Impulse deserves a high ranking on this list.

Cassandra Sandsmark

Cassandra Sandsmark was born to archaeologist Helena Sandsmark and the demigod adventurer Lennox, the son of Zeus. However, she did not learn about her heritage until later in life, when her powers first began to manifest.

As a demigod and under thementorship of her aunt, Wonder Woman, Cassandra possesses incredible strength, speed, durability, flight, and some magical abilities. Wonder Girl has been a member of both the Teen Titans and Young Justice, consistently proving herself as a powerhouse member capable of taking on significant threats that lesser-powered heroes cannot handle.

Kon-El / Conner Kent

Superboy is the genetic clone of both Superman and Lex Luthor, created by Project Cadmus after Clark Kent’s apparent death. Initially meant to replace Superman, it was later revealed that the true Superman was alive. Superboy, also known as Kon-El, became his own hero and wasaccepted by his new “big brother.”

Conner went on to co-found Young Justice alongside Robin and Impulse, and he is undoubtedly the strongest member of the team due to his Kryptonian DNA. He is nearly invulnerable (except to Kryptonite or magic), can fly, possesses immense strength, and has a wide range of other abilities. Clearly, no one on the Young Justice roster comes close to his power levels.
