InMarvel RivalsSeason 2.5,there are 5 free skins that can be earned. Everything you’ll need to know about each of these concepts, the heroes they are for, and how they can be obtained has been explained below:
Emma Frost - Golden Diamond
TheGolden Diamond skin for Emma Frostwill already be gifted to any player who reaches a Competitive Rank peak of at least Gold 3 or above. For players who are yet to reach that rank during Season 2 or 2.5, they will have until the end of Season 2.5 to be able to earn this skin. If, by chance, players reach Gold 3 or higher by the end of Season 2.5, they will not only receive Emma’s skin but also the Golden Ultron skin, as this was incorporated as the secondary reward beginning in the 2.5 patch.
Ultron - Golden
Much like the Golden Diamond Emma skin,Ultron’sGolden skincan be earned simply by players reaching a Competitive Rank peak of at least Gold 3 or higher. Players who reached this peak in Season 2 will already have met this requirement, but some players have reported that you need to play 10 games during the season to ensure that you’re eligible for these rewards. It’s unclear if this counts as a fresh requirement from the Season 2.5 update, but to be safe, players should aim to meet these thresholds just in case.
Hawkeye - Binary Arrow
Hawkeye’s Binary Arrow skinis a free reward that can be earned by completing the Cerebo Database 2 event. Much like part 1 of this event, which took place in Season 2, players will need to complete a set of challenges under four different hero icons to earn various rewards such as in-game currencies, emotes, sprays, and nameplates. Once you have uncovered all four portraits, you will become eligible to redeem the Binary Arrow skins for Hawkeye at no cost.
Mister Fantastic - Future Foundation
Mister Fantastic has a new Future Foundation skinthat players can earn from the free rewards in the Season 2.5 Combat Chest. To progress through the chest, players must simply participate in and complete games in Quick Play, Competitive, or other eligible game modes. Mister Fantastic’s skin can be found in the middle section of the Combat Chest rewards, a couple of pages in.
Emma Frost - Galacta’s Will
A new season or mid-season update of Marvel Rivals means a new set of Twitch drops! As with previous seasons, a new featured hero has gainedaGalacta’s Willbundle, including cosmetics in blues and purples. This time, the skin recipient is none other than the latest Vanguard addition to the game,Emma Frost. To earn this bundle, players must watch a specified number of hours ofMarvel RivalsTwitch streams with drops enabled. After earning drops, they can be redeemed on your Twitch profile drops page and sent to yourMarvel Rivalsprofile via the in-game mail system.
