InDOOM: The Dark Ages, players will need Wraithstones to fully upgradethe Slayer’s weapons. There are eleven of them in total, with the first one arriving during the game’s ninth chapter, Ancestral Forge.
Some are easy to find, but to get their hands on all of them, players will need to solve a few puzzles. This guide contains the locations of every Wraithstone inDOOM: The Dark Ages, as well as instructions on how to obtain them.
How to Get the Wraithstone in Chapter 9 (Ancestral Forge Wraithstone Location)
During their attempts to charge the Ancestral Forge, players will find a Wraithstone statue behind a pink forcefield near one of the charge points. To remove the forcefield, they’ll need to find and destroythe three Ancestral Forge wolf statues. After doing so, they’ll be free to return to the Wraithstone statue and claim their reward.
How to Get the Wraithstone in Chapter 10 (The Forsaken Plains Wraithstone Location)
Toward the end of Chapter 10, players will need to grab an Atlan core. The Wraithstone statue is near where they get the core from, although players won’t be able to grab it until after they’ve killed all of the enemies in the area and picked up the core.
How to Get the Wraithstone in Chapter 12 (Sentinel Command Station Wraithstone Location)
The Sentinel Command Station Wraithstone is behind a key door opposite the room where players pick upthe Chapter 12 secret key. Before they can get their hands on the Wraithstone, though, they’ll first need to dispatch the Agaddon Hunter who can be found guarding it.
How to Get the First Wraithstone in Chapter 14 (Spire of Nerathul Wraithstone Location 1)
There are two Wraithstones in Chapter 14, both of which can only be accessed viasecret dragon landing sites. To get to the first Spire of Nerathul Wraithstone, players should fly down to the area beneath the chained-up beast. Near the regular landing site, which they’ll need to visit to disable one of the Stasis Emitters, they should see a stone archway. Heading through this archway will lead them to a secret landing spot. Once they’ve grabbed all of the gold here, they should jump through the blue portal and then clear the area of enemies, after which, they’ll be free to pick up the first Spire of Nerathul Wraithstone.
How to Get the Second Wraithstone in Chapter 14 (Spire of Nerathul Wraithstone Location 2)
To find the secondSpire of Nerathul secret landing site, players should fly up as high as they can and then look for a stone tower on the outer edge of the large circular structure that surrounds the imprisoned beast. Near the top of this is a Titan demon, and killing it will unlock the landing spot. Once they land, players will need to kill all of the enemies that appear to remove a red forcefield, behind which they’ll find the second Chapter 14 Wraithstone.
How to Get the Wraithstone in Chapter 15 (City of Ry’uul Wraithstone Location)
Near the end of Chapter 15, players will come to a Cosmic Eye, which is needed to activate the gate that they see at the very start of the chapter. Right next to this Cosmic Eye is the statue that holds the City of Ry’uul Wraithstone.
How to Get the Wraithstone in Chapter 16 (The Kar’Thul Marshes Wraithstone Location)
Players will find the Chapter 16 Wraithstone statue in an underground area near the center of the map. Before they can interact with it, though, they’ll first need to find and destroythe five Kar’Thul Marshes wolf statues.
How to Get the Wraithstone in Chapter 17 (Temple of Lomarith Wraithstone Location)
Near the entrance to the titular temple at the end of the chapter, players will find a structure with a few blue barricades inside. After shield charging through them, they’ll find themselves in a maze, which eventually leads to a section where they need to kill a bunch of enemies. Doing so will lead them to another breakable wall, behind which is the Chapter 17 Wraithstone.
How to Get the Wraithstone in Chapter 19 (Harbor of Souls Wraithstone Location)
Just before acquiring the red skull, players will need to climb a circular tower. If they head around to the right of the stairs, they’ll find a blue gear. They’ll want to quickly throwthe Slayer’s Shield Sawat the gear and then jump onto the stone platform to their left. The gear will cause the platform to rise, taking players up to a new area containing the Harbor of Souls Wraithstone statue.
How to Get the Wraithstone in Chapter 20 (Resurrection Wraithstone Location)
The Chapter 20 Wraithstone is tied to another wolf statue puzzle. To claim it, players will need to destroyall four Resurrection wolf statuesto bring the pink forcefield down.
How to Get the Wraithstone in Chapter 22 (Reckoning Wraithstone Location)
The finalDOOM: The Dark AgesWraithstone is locked behind a key door. To reach it, players should progress through the chapter until they reach the green elevator, at the top of which, they’ll findthe Chapter 22 secret key. They’ll then want to return to the start of the chapter by heading through the nearby key door and then make their way over to the location of the Reckoning Wraithstone statue, which is in a locked-off area on the edge of the central part of the map.
