Just as All Might influences the hero and some individuals like Koichi to carry out heroic acts,All For One’s influence the opposite, as he influences and manipulates events by funding illegal experiments, distributingthe dangerous Trigger drug, and grooming villains like Number 6 to serve as test subjects for his future Nomu creations. His calculated actions are part of his long-term strategy to weaken society and undermine heroes.
5Chizome Akaguro
A Villain Who Targets Fake Heroes
In the main series, he is known as Stain, but here inVigilantes, Chizome takes up the name Stendhal, acting as a “hero” who ruthlessly targets and kills criminals and corrupt heroes. He believes that the title of “hero” should only be earned by those with true selfless intent, and anyone without such intentdeserves to be killed by him.
Chizome’s evil acts are made easy by his quirk, blood curdle, which allows him to paralyze anyone whose blood he ingests, and in that vulnerable state, he easily kills his opponent.His philosophy about heroes allows him to work with other villainsas he believes they are all “heroes” seeking to end the true villains, the heroes.
4Kuin Hachisuka
A Villain Who Finds Pleasure In Being Evil
Kuin stands out as one of the best villainsbecause, unlike other villains who rely on brute force, Kuin is a cold, calculating manipulator who genuinely enjoys treating human lives as disposable tools for experimentation.Her quirk,Queen Bee, allows her to control people by implanting drones into their bodies, stripping them of their free will while leaving them fully conscious.
With her quirk, she possesses Pop Step, turning her from a beloved, vibrant character to a weapon of terror called Bee Pop. She also uses her quirk to inject unsuspecting individuals with the trigger drug, turning them from normal people to villains.
3Hina
A Young Trigger Dealer Who Goes About Poisoning Men
Hina is a reminder that looks can be deceiving, as this young girl uses her cute, attractive, and unsuspecting looks as a ployto trick people. She also sells the trigger drug to interested individuals, and because of her innocent look, she is able to do so without drawing attention to herself.
Her evil actions go beyond distributing this illegal drug to villains, as her negative view of men causes her tointentionally poison menwith the drug, turning them into instant villains. Any man who talks to her best friend, Rin, is guaranteed to turn into a villain, especially with the new variant of the trigger drug, as she can easily spike their drinks as opposed to injecting them.
2Mario Kugutsu
A Weak-Looking Villain Who Turns Into A Giant Monster Using Trigger
What is quite common in this anime is how the most unsuspecting and average-looking individual could be harboring deadly secrets. First, it was Hina, and now it is Mario, who looks like the average salaryman but is actually a trigger dealer and an instant villain.
Mario makes an appearance in the first episode of the anime when Knuckleduster aggressively approaches him, demanding that he show him his tongue. Mario timidly apologizes and looks fearful, which is an act he puts on to get away from people like Knuckleduster and the heroes. As a trigger dealer, his job is to entice weak individuals to get the drug, thereby creating more villains and causing more chaos.

A Tragic Character Who Wanted To Be A Hero But Was Turned Into A Monster By Those Who Used Him
All For One has been the antagonist of most of theMy Hero Academiaseries, but he takes a backseat in this anime so thatNumber 6, whom he nurtured, can shine. Number 6 has such a tragic life, being All For One’s human lab rat, experimented on, and eventually becoming molded to All For One’s desire.
Number 6 has five quirks, all thanks to All For One, but despite his abilities and villainy, he desperately wants to be recognized as a hero and his obsession with thismirrors that of Koichi,but because of his lack of sense of awareness, Number 6’s desire twists him into a weapon of destruction.
