However, the patch also brought an issue to the Great Vault’s doorstep. In a previous statement posted on theBlizzard forum, the developer acknowledged the Great Vault issue in the content update, causing some players to see the same trinket being offered twice in a row. Luckily, Blizzard confirmed that a fix will be implemented when the scheduled realm restarts on April 23 at 7 am PDT. The developer added, “When realms come back online, we expect the Vault to generate offerings with more variety, as intended."
Blizzard Confirms Fix for World of Warcraft’s Great Vault Duplicate Bug

Furthermore, one player on the forum shared that they didn’t receive any duplicates, but noted some rewards were disappointing.
