The Wine Cellar is a dead-end room, and it contains threeBlue Princegems. It can have dig spots, especially after getting a Root Cellar. It is a fairly basic room with little going on inside it, but it does hold some hints for a future puzzle. These hints are located in the coat of arms located above the table where the gems are located.

There are many prerequisites to get to the Wine Cellar number puzzle that you need to complete before you can even see this puzzle, and it includes everything below.
This filing cabinet key goes to the filing cabinet in the foreman’s office near the mining cart in the underground by the big turning room. This will give you the clues to piece together what to do with the numbers from the Wine Cellar.
MCCXIII needs to be broken up via the system, as noted in the blue notes. So you have M, CC, XI, II, or1,000, 200, 11, 2. So if you math it out: 1,000 ÷ 200 x 11 - 2 = 53. This refers to box 53 in the Vault, which is also referenced in the blue notes. If you take the sum of those two digits (5 +3), you get 8.
