Those affected by it are disoriented forever, unless Boruto cancels the technique. That said, the power of Rasengan Uzuhiko depends on the amount of chakra Boruto absorbs from the planet. In other words, it is a technique that needs some prep time and without it, it won’t amount to much in a high-level battle. Furthermore, it also requires Boruto to hit the enemy head-on and the contact itself can easily be avoided.

If there’s one thing that Naruto fans are sure of, it is that Boruto Uzumaki will definitely go on to master the power of the Karma and that will be his next major power-up. Boruto’s overreliance on the Uzuhiko is quite apparent after the timeskip of the series, but what is equally apparent is the fact that Boruto Uzumaki is actuallynot using the Karma at all. In fact, when his karma resonated with that of Kawaki, Boruto pulled away because he knew he would lose control. In other words, Boruto Uzumaki cannot control this power at all and he is a threat to those around him.

Boruto Will Tame Momoshiki
Fans know that at the end of theBorutoseries, he will still have access to the power of the Karma. In his fight against Kawaki, Boruto openly uses the power of the Karma and his Dojutsu as well. This means Boruto goes on to master both of these things. As such, Kishimoto has already made it clear what Boruto Uzumaki’s next big Jutsu will be. It will be the power to tap into the Karmaand use his Dojutsu. Of course, this will take time to master, but Boruto Uzumaki will eventually reach a level where he can use these powers effortlessly.
