So far, the Hitoshinju have proven themselves to be quite capable, surprising the fans with what they can do in battle.

However, they will eventually fall. In fact, their fall will come sooner rather than later, and as that happens, the need for a new villain to arise in Boruto comes. Thankfully, Kishimoto has already set up the next villains in Boruto after the Hitoshinju, and it is one that could completely reshape not just Konoha but the whole world.

The Shinju Are Strong, But They Will Be Beaten Soon

When the Shinju were revealed in human form in theBorutoseries, fans knew quite well that they would be extremely overpowered. Soon, a glimpse of their abilities was given to the fans and it was clear to see that they were monstrously powerful. The fact that Kashin Koji clearly referred to them as a threat to the entire planet is proof of the fact that their strength cannot be underestimated. The Hitoshinju is quite impressive, having overpowered even the likes of Boruto Uzumaki in certain instances.

You can’t beat him. Even in a million timelines, he killed you. — Kashin Koji to Boruto

However, they’re clearly not the strongest in the world ofBoruto. As was shown recently, the Hitoshinju are clearly beatable. In the Land of Wind, two of the Hitoshinju met their end,one at the hands of Sarada Uchiha, and the other with the collaborative effort of Boruto and Konohamaru. Now that Ryu and Matsuri are out of the way, three more remain, and fans know for a fact that they’ll be annihilated soon, regardless of how strong they are.

The Hitoshinju are quite powerful, but it’s time for them to take an exit. Jura will most definitely fight against Boruto Uzumaki soon enough, and Kawaki, without his limiters, will most definitely take this opportunity to showcase his powers too. Meanwhile, Hidari, Sasuke’s Hitoshinju, will most likely join the fight too and Sarada could take him on in battle. All that’s to say that they’re soon going to be defeated, but a bigger threat will arise.

The Otsutsuki Are Set To Return To Boruto

Akebi Will Be Given The Karma Soon

If there’s one thing that the fans know, it is the fact that the Amado plotline will have an incredible climax and end. Amado has always wanted his daughter back and fans will definitely see more of her in the future. Most recently, fans sawAmado strike a deal with Kawaki. As Kawaki’s attack power will be increased by Amado, he will in turn give his karma to Akebi.

Give my daughter your Karma. That is all I ask. — Amado

However, she risks becoming an Otsutsuki. Kawaki swore to kill her if that happens, and fans know already that this will most certainly happen. Kawaki will give his karma to Akebi after the defeat of Jura, and immediately after, fans will see the beginning of a new villain plotline. Whatever Akebi turns to will most likely be the most fearsome villain that fans have seen in Boruto so far.
