Connor exited after season 4, and Crockett left before season 10. Maybe they could come back because they’re consulting on a case and their expertise is needed. Since the doctors often have trouble getting along or setting aside differences, and that makes for great TV, any past character’s return would be exciting. For instance, it was fun seeing Dr. Sarah Reese (Rachel Dipillo) in season 10, episode 8, “Love Will Tear Us Apart” because her patient came to Gaffney.

Fans Don’t Want These Chicago Med Characters To Leave
In the same Reddit thread, fans discussed thetwo characters they hope stay on the show: Maggie Lockwood and Sharon Goodwin. There’s no indication that either cast member is departing. However, fans are always nervous that they’re going to have to say goodbye to their favorite characters since things change so much on beloved procedurals likeChicago Med,the other One Chicago showChicago P.D.,andThe Rookie. In the most recent episode, Maggie and Sharon were dealing with the hospital’s nursing union negotiations, and it seems likely that storyline will be resolved by the end of the season.
Hopefully, when theChicago Medseason 10 finale airs on NBC, no one will be exiting. In the meantime, fanshope that the series will get renewed for season 11 soon.
