How to Get Solipsism in Destiny 2
First, you’ll need to finishThe Final Shapeand do a bunch of work for the NPCs in the Pale Heart’s Tower. These steps are necessary tounlock Dual Destiny, the mission that will reward you with your first Exotic class item. This mission is fairly difficult, and it can only be played in groups of two.

The many chests scattered across the Pale Heart will have a chance to drop an Exotic class item after you clear Dual Destiny for the first time. The odds are rather low, but any chest in the Pale Heart can drop an Exotic class item.
Xur may occasionally have an Exotic class item for sale, and much like Pale Heart chests, you need to finish Dual Destiny before you can buy these items from him. Players can find him in the alley next to the ramen store.
Best Solipsism Perks
Like other Exotic class items, Solipsism’s perk pool also contains powers from Hunterand Titan Exotics. There are many possible perk combinations for Exotic class items, and most of them will be up to personal preference. However, if you’re looking for recommendations or combos that are generally useful, here are a few that you should consider:

Filaments + Starfire
Empowering Rifts grant Devour, and defeating enemies while Devour is active grants class ability energy. Dealing Empowered weapon damage grants grenade energy, with Empowered weapon Final Blows granting even more grenade energy.
Necrotic + Claw
Melee attacks poison enemies, and gain an additional melee attack charge. Good for Strand Warlock builds.
Osmiomancy + Verity
Grenades recharge quicker on hits, and weapon Final Blows with an element matching your Super grants a stacking grenade damage bonus and improved grenade regeneration.
