Isometric turn-based puzzle gameEmptiness Siretakes players to a world transformed by a mysterious meteor shower that left strange and potentially dangerous Fragments scattered everywhere. Now, in a world permanently altered by the Fragments and their powers, three heroes take up three very different weapons to challenge the enemies preventing them from rebuilding and living peacefully. From Brazil-based developer Oaks Games Studioand presented by Abragames atGamescom LATAM2025,Emptiness Sirechallenges players to take on cosmically powerful foes by utilizing each of its three classes in tandem.

Emptiness Sireis inspired by games that successfully blend puzzles, isometric design, and turn-based combat, such asHitman GoandLara Croft Go.The world is a dark and forbidding one inspired by the cosmic horror of HP Lovecraft, while the art style blends darker backgrounds with brightly colored characters in a manner similar toHades. But no matter how dark, frightening or powerful the enemies become, players can face them down using a combination of all three characters, switching between them and making use of their unique abilities in battle. Successfully completing each ofEmptiness Sire’spuzzles requires knowing when to deploy each character and when to switch out for another.

The Knight: A Dreamer With A Sword

The first ofEmptiness Sire’sthree classes is the Knight, a hero who hails from a small village hidden within an ancient forest. Raised on relics, stories, and tradition, the Knight dreams of the world as it once was before the coming of the Fragments. But he wants more than to simply listen to the stories - he wants to help restore the world to the way it used to be.

After the Knight’s village was attacked, he took up the ancestral sword of his people and set out on a journey, becoming a symbol of hope to those around him. Amelee-focused damage dealer, the Knight uses his sword to attack enemies directly in front of him for large amounts of damage.

The Explorer: A Survivor With A Flute

Unlike the Knight, who grew up surrounded by community, the Explorer is an isolatedmaster of survivalborn among a group of people sheltering deep within a cave system. Growing up in hostile territory and constantly forced to fight to survive, the Explorer quickly became a solitary and wary figure who sensed danger around every corner.

However, as she explored the world around her and dug more deeply into the mystery of the past world, the Explorer discovered a long-forgotten art: music. One day, she discovered a flute that, when played, was capable of sending even the most powerful monsters to sleep. Wielding her flute in battle, the Explorer is an agile character who can move around theisometric battlefieldand utilize the power of music to stop enemies in their tracks.

The Guardian: A Protector With A Gauntlet

The third playable character, the Guardian, comes from a society dedicated to excavating and restoring objects left behind fromadvanced ancient civilization. Rather than succumbing to the change brought on by the Fragments, her people worked to restore what had been lost, and successfully created many objects usable in battle, including the sacred gauntlet that the Guardian herself wields.

To become a Guardian, she sacrificed her dominant arm and replaced it with the gauntlet. In battle, she can use the gauntlet to create a protective shield around herself, deflecting the attacks of her enemies. She can also leave these shields behind to protect the other characters when she is switched out. An intimidating figure infull-body armor, selecting the Guardian allowsEmptiness Sireplayers to defend against even the most powerful of foes.
