A photo shown includes consoles and accessories from across decades of gaming, including the original NES, SNES, gray brick Game Boy, and N64. It’s not limited to Nintendo systems, either, with theoriginal PlayStation, PS2, PS3, and PS4s included in the lot. Rendition9090 says that the owner asked for “a few hundred” and that the OP managed to haggle them down to $150.
Incredible Gaming Collection Has Some Caveats
As one might expect, members of the gaming community have been sharing their enthusiasm and their envy of the OP. Rendition9090 noted that it seemed like some of the systems weren’t in working order, and that some of the cables were missing. They further detailed that all the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 1 consoles work, one of the PS2 systems works, but the PS3 seems to be broken. They added that the Nintendo consoles boot up, but that they don’t have any games to test them with just yet.
Additionally, there were some interesting issues with some of the systems, like the N64 having melted plastic on the top, apparently from an incident with a cable. While Rendition9090 notes that they’ll probably sell the duplicate systems, they’re excited to have Nintendo consoles of their own, as they grew up with Sony’s consoles and missed out on someNintendo classics.
