According to Westerosies, one of the internet’s leading sources on all thingsGame of Thrones,House of the Dragonseason 3could be pushed even further back to 2027 because of the delay toA Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. “Just had a thought. What if they delayed A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms because they’re going to delay House of the Dragon Season 3 to 2027?…, said the outlet on Twitter/X. Another fan shuddered at the thought of a delay, “I hate that I read this and feel like it could be a very accurate take,” while another fan said, “Wouldn’t be at all surprised but would be saddened.”
Under a realistic spotlight, this opinion does make sense, as HBO might want to give both shows room to breathe and their own time in the sun, so that they aren’t so close together, which would mean thatfans won’t be reunited with Rhaenyra, Alicent, and Daemon for quite some time yet.
