The building can be purchased from Maze Bank Foreclosures for$2,350,000. Yes, this is a lot of cash to invest in a single building, but it’s still worthwhile. Aside from unlocking access to FIB Files, Garment Factory also comes with a massive parking lot that allows space for up to 10 vehicles, includingTerrorbyte. The building also generates small but steady passive income.
Speaking of Terrorbyte, Garment Factory also offers four unique upgrades to this vehicle, including the Master Control Terminal. With this upgrade, the player can manage every business they have from inside the Terrorbyte. Be it buying supplies, upgrading facilities, or ordering to sell stock, all can be handled by Terrorbyte, saving the player a lot of time from traveling back and forth between businesses just to manage them.
How To Complete FIB Priority File
Once you own the Garment Factory, visit the place for the first time, and a new application will appear on your phone known as Darnell Inc. This application is also accessible from the computer inside the Garment Factory’s basement.
Entering the app will open up FIB Files missions. There are four missions overall, with one of them carrying a Priority tag randomly each week.The Priority mission can only be completed once throughout the week, and it pays double rewards compared to other files.
The rest of the files have no limit to how many times you’re able to run them, but they will go on a5-minute cooldownevery time you complete one of the files. The good news is that all these filescan be completed solo, though they are not short missions, as each file comes with 3 setup missions as well as one final operation.
The payment for regular files is around$150,000, but if you also tackle the bonus challenges, it ramps up to $200,000 in the end. ThePriority Filepays around$300,000, and completing the bonuses boosts it to $350,000. It’s also worth noting that completing every file for the very first time offers an additional $50,000 bonus.
