Fighting Darth Vader inFortniteisn’t going to be an easy task. After all, this is the Chosen One. Luckily, there are a few tips that will ensure that players have the high ground and will be able to beat Darth Vader so that they can take his loot for a victory royale.
Where to Find Darth Vader in Fortnite
Darth Vader is located at Vader Samurai’s Solitude, a POI found on the very bottom left corner of the Battle Royale map. Players will be able to tell if Darth Vader is still alive at this POI because his face will be wandering around the area on the map. So, if players cannot see his face, then it’s likely he has been eliminated already by another team. However, due to the popularity of this landing spot and the popularity of Darth Vader as a whole, it’s recommended that players drop here immediately from the Battle Bus.
How to Beat Darth Vader in Fortnite
Once players arrive at Vader Samurai’s Solitude, they will immediately be fired upon by Imperial Stormtrooper enemies. Luckily, there are quite a few chests around this POI, so players should prioritize grabbing a blaster and some shields so that they can withstand damage from the Stormtroopers and the eventual swing of Darth Vader’s lightsaber.
The easiest way to kill Darth Vader is to simply focus fire on him with at least two blasters, as while Darth Vader can deflect blaster fire, sustained damage will stun him and allow players to focus on headshots for more damage. There are a lot of Imperial Stormtroopers in the area, so try to stick to cover to avoid their blaster fire and to stop Darth Vader’s lightsaber from being thrown at you.
Another great way to defeat Darth Vader is to use theTIE Fightersituated on the southeast corner of Vader Samurai’s Solitude, as the TIE fighter has over 1,000 health and deals 60 damage per shot, while also providing the high ground on nearby players and Vader himself.
After defeating Darth Vader, players can interact with him to receive his Sith training and a lightsaber with a Lightsaber Throw ability.
