When finding an Anvil, Aran can transport himself to theForge of the Gods, where he cancraft iron and other materials into sacred steel.
Rather than leveling up, the key to defeating stronger enemies (like Trolls and the Warmongers) is crafting stronger weapons and getting better steel inBlades of Fire. When forging your weapons, you’ll be awardedForge Stars. These Forge Stars contribute to how many times a weapon can be repaired for combat. Gathering Materials For The Forge in Blades of Fire
Before using the Forge of the Gods, you are required to gather materials like iron and coal. Iron is then crafted into four variations of steel: Primordial, Noble, Arcane, and Epic.
As the steel advances in power, your coal consumption increases to reach the correct temperatures required for making morepowerful weapons. You’ll increase your weapon quality as you explore the world ofBlades of Fireand kill more powerful enemies that drop different versions of steel. However, you may still forge aFine Weapon with more Forge Starswith lower quality materials.
How To Forge Better Weapons In Blades Of Fire
Some weapons are more challenging than others when it comes to achieving 4 or 5-stars inBlades of Fire.You must go to an Anvil and transport to the Forge of the Gods, and make your weapon selection from theunlocked Forge Scrolls.
Hammering The Steel
If you hit below the outline and have more than five hammer swings left,reheat the weapon. This will help reshape the steel and potentially fill the Forge Stars.
The weapons will eventually wear down and break inBlades of Fire’s combat. You can repair them at the Anvils with enough materials, but thenumber of repairs is limited by the number of Forge Stars you earned in crafting the weapon.
