With the release ofOnce Humanon mobile, the servers are about to experience a massive flood of players joining the game with their mobile phones. Thankfully,the game does support cross-progression, allowing players to seamlessly jump between platforms without losing their progression in between.
This is something thatOnce Humandevelopers also encourage fans to try out, as they already offer Cross-Character rewards, giving players some extra benefits for playing the game on both PC and mobile with the same account.
How To Link Accounts In Once Human And Get Cross-Character Rewards
Obtaining the cross-character rewards requires the player tojoin the game on mobile with the same account as their PC versionofOnce Human. If you have already played the game on PC, it’s a simple process; if not, then you need to download and play the game on PC as well.
It is strongly suggested that you play the game on PC first and then bring the character you created on PC to the mobile. The main reason for this is thatthere is full cross-progression support when coming from PC to mobile, but it’s not like that when moving from mobile to PC.
Players who already have a PC character inOnce Humanwill only need to sign in to the mobile version with their corresponding account on Steam, Epic Games Store, or Loading Bay. And it’s pretty straightforward. However, going this path vice versa is not always possible.
If the player builds their character on a mobile first and then decides to transfer it to the PC, they will only be able to do so if they install the PC version viaLoading Bay, the NetEase exclusive launcher. Unfortunately, mobile characters cannot be transferred to Steam or Epic Games Store at the moment, unless those characters were originally built on Steam or Epic Games Store.
Once you have a PC account, and you have also signed in to the mobile version with the same account, choose the character that you want to receive the rewards for. Enter a server now,pick a scenario, and pause the game aftercompleting the opening quests. From here, head to theEventspage and navigate toMoreand then toCross-Character Rewards.
If you have followed all the steps correctly, you should be able to get all the rewards from here, includinga bike skin,a torso skinfor a female character, and1,500 Stardust.
For now, there is no time limitation for collecting the Cross-Character rewards. So, you can take your time and download the PC version ofOnce Humanwhenever you get a chance to.
