How To Obtain A Prismatic Shard
The Hardest Step: Relying Solely On Chance
ThroughoutStardew Valley, there are various ways to find aPrismatic Shard, but almost all are at a percentage chance and are never guaranteed. The best percentage chances of obtaining a Prismatic Shard come from either a Mystic Stone found in the Mines at floors 100 and above, the Skull Cavern, or the Quarry, or from a Meteorite that appears on the player’s farm. Where To Find The Three Pillars
The Final Step To Unlocking The Galaxy Sword
Once players have obtained a Prismatic Shard and repaired the bus to access theCalico Desert, they need to locate the three pillars in the upper right corner of the Calico Desert map. When they arrive, players should hold the Prismatic Shard and walk into the center of the three pillars. The pillars will consume the Prismatic Shard and, in return, reward players with the Galaxy Sword.
Players can thenventure to the Skull Cavern, situated in the top left corner of the Calico Desert, to try out their new weapon if they wish. They will likely notice a significant damage improvement when comparing their previous lower-level weapons to the Galaxy Sword.
