Luckily, there are a few passive ways to increase Athletics fast, and trainers that players can use so that they can upgrade Athletics, enjoy the benefits, and immerse themselves further into the magical world ofOblivion Remastered.
How to Increase Athletics in Oblivion Remastered
Athletics can be increased by sprinting and swimming, but there are far faster ways to level up Athletics in Oblivion Remastered. Players will gain more Athletics XP if they swim, so it’s important that players have the right tools to breathe underwater to begin this AFK XP exploit for Athletics. To start, grab the Fin Gleam helmet, which provides underwater breathing. The location for this item can be found below:
With the Fin Gleam helmet (or if you are an Argonian), head to the Waterfront District of the Imperial City, where players can find The Bloated Float, which is a large ship on the east side. With the Fin Gleam helmet equipped, head to the front of the boat and swim forward at the rudder of the ship, where players will be swimming in place. It’s important to ensure you are swimming and not passively hitting the wall, so players will want to be in third person to watch their arms and make sure they are doing a breaststroke. From here, players will want to stay in this spot and swim, and there are two ways to continue going forward without holding the controller:

What Does Athletics Do in Oblivion Remastered?
Athletics is a skill that will determine thespeed and efficiencyof the player’s sprint and swim speeds, as well as their fatigue regeneration. With Athletics increased, players are able to sprint and swim faster, and fatigue will regenerate faster and take longer to degrade.
