You start off with a basic loadout, but as you climb the ranks, you’ll gain access to more powerful weapons to add to your arsenal. In this guide, we’ll walk you throughevery unlockable weapon inThe Precinctand how to add them to your loadout.
Unlocking All Weapons in The Precinct
Unlocking weapons inThe Precinctis a straightforward process.Complete your daily shifts, earn XP, and level up your character.Hitting specific rank milestones will automatically unlock new weapons, which you can then equip from the Armory. You get a revolver, a stun gun, and a stun baton to start off, but asyou earn more XPand progress through the story, you’ll gain access to more advanced gear.

How to Change Your Loadout in The Precinct
Although unlocking new weapons happens automatically, you’ll still need to equip them manually before heading out on duty. Your starter weapons give you a good balance of lethaland non-lethal force. Here’s what you start off with:
PR-24 Police Baton
For close-range non-lethal combat.
To change your loadout,visit the Armoryinside your precinct and interact with the Officer at the service window. Click on any of your equipped items and press F on your Keyboard or X on your controller to swap it out with another unlocked weapon of your choice.
By default, you’re limited to carrying three items with you on your patrol. However, once you level up, you may spend an Upgrade Token to unlock a fourth equipment slot.This is available in the Combat Tree in your Upgrades Tab.
The fifth equipment slot is reserved exclusively for the Flashlight and cannot be changed.
Having a wider variety of weapons in your arsenal can make all the difference inThe Precinct. In the early hours, your standard-issue tools will get the job done, but as you progress and start running into armed thugs, you’ll definitely need the extra firepower from the later-game weapons.
