A lot of the time, the Grade a character gives you when spending time with them will also be the Grade requirement to upgrade Class Weapons for that character, so spend the most time with who you want to be your strongest.

Getting Materials Through Exploration

Upgrade Class Weapons also costs materials, the main one being BP.BP is earnedbased on your score in any battle, and overall, it won’t be very difficult to get, especially because of how much you get when getting other materials. To get other materials, you’ll need to go on Explorations outside of the school, and land on tiles that correspond to the material you’re in need of. There are four additional materials beyond BP you’ll need to collect.

Exploration takes an entire day of Free Time, while you can do two Class Activities in one day. To focus on upgrading your Class Weapons and their skills, you’ll need to properly balance doing both, and prioritize materials and Grades for the characters you use most.
