The human character in the concept art features Cacucu’s iconic pink color theme, combined with neutral white and dark brown tones. The human also has an eye patch just like Cacucu and wields a syringe-like sword, hinting at his connection to the clinic. The Ifa-themed saurian seen at the top of the image has the four-star’s recognizable white and green pattern. The bird-like creature also wears Ifa’s popular hat. The post gained significant attention in theGenshin Impactcommunity, reaching over 13k upvotes on the game’s main subreddit.

Many replies in the comments claim they wouldn’t mind if HoYoverse introduced this version of Ifa and Cacucu in the future.
