Summary
If there’s anything aPower Rangersseries is known for (outside their multicolor suits), it’s their awesome Zords. It’s not enough that aPower Rangersteam has a set of Zords assigned to each Ranger, but they can actually combine all of them — or even some of them — into massive beasts known as Megazords. And, although footage often showed Megazords as relatively similar in size, canon actually has it that some Megazords — or even some Zords in general — are larger than others. Some Zords are even so massive that the Megazords of other teams have paled in comparison!
Such a difference in size amongPower Rangermechs could be a result of a wide variety of factors. Aside from some Zords and Megazords just being simply large, some mecha are just gigantic due to the number of components (in the case of Ultrazords) or because their nature needed a massive size (like Carrierzords). In this regard, just which mecha inPower Rangersare the largest throughout the series?

Notable Description
Combined form of all Zord Attack Vehicles
An Ultrazord combining all existing Zords in an incredible assembly sequence is everyPower Rangersfan’s dream, andPower Rangers RPMfulfills this with theRPM Ultrazord. Symbolically, the RPM Ultrazord is the “upgrade” of the PaleoMax Megazord, the latter of which served as the “personal” prehistoric-themed Megazord of Scott Truman, the Ranger Operator Series Red of the Ranger Operators.
This is the ultimate form of the Zord Attack Vehicles — essentially a combination of the High Octane, Mach (ofRanger Operators Goldand Silver), and ValveMax Megazords. At 93 meters, the RPM Ultrazord is the largest Attack Box in the series and easily the most powerful. Strength-wise, the RPM Ultrazord can easily kick a Venjix Attack Box without much effort, and it even features different finishers with each iteration.

The final transformation that combines all existing Samurai Zords that can deflect lightning attacks and utilize Symbol Power
Just like how a warlord needs a reliable steed to send themselves to battle, the BullZord was the final piece on the Samurai Rangers’ side of the board to defeat the Nighlock threat. Initially appearing as a bull-like Zord pulling a cart while sporting shoulder missiles (complete with its own Bull Megazord mode), the BullZord and the eventual arrival of the SharkZord become instrumental in forming the Samurai Rangers’ ultimate weapon: theSamurai Shark Gigazord.
Although the massive size ofthis Ultrazordmeant the mecha had to be “dragged” onto the battlefield, the Samurai Shark Gigazord reflects the elegance of the Shiba Clan with its focus on splendor.
Upon formation, all 11 Zords spread their pieces throughout the main Samurai Megazord and the upright BullZord to eventually form the image of the Samurai Gigazord standing on a pedestal. The power this form builds is strong enough that its Ultimate Samurai Slash can one-hit Grinataur, while its Symbol Power Mega Strike (and more powerful Shogun Strike) utilizes Symbol Power to finish off Grinataur, Gigertox, and Skarf in one blow.

The most powerful form of the Dino Charge Megazord
Fans ofPower Rangersmight be intrigued as to what exactly might be the strongest Zord in the arsenal of the Dino Charge Rangers — especially whenPower Rangers Super Dino Chargehas featured a whopping 10-Ranger cast. This is eventually revealed during the fight against the rather difficult Fortress, which Sledge’s forces have built to memorize and counteract the Dino Charge Rangers’ Zords. Thanks to Dino Charge Purple Kendall, the team can combine the Dino Charge Megazord as well as the Para, Raptor, and Titano Zords to create theDino Charge Ultrazord— a form that harnesses all Dino Charge Energems.
With the Titano-Raptor Ax, the Dino Charge Ultrazord can easily slash enemies while its Ultra Plasma Final Blast is a powerful energy beam that can decimate foes. Thanks to Kendall’s genius, the Rangers can even use the Titano Cannon to their advantage, with the Titano Cannon Final Strike channeling all the Dino Charge Zords’ powers into a devastating energy strike.

A floating pyramid that served as the Gold Zeo Ranger’s personal Zord
Although Carrierzords are not new toPower Rangersby the timePower Rangers Zeoreleased,Pyramidaswas certainly an odd one out for being the first of its kind to be the personal Zord of one of the Rangers. Belonging to none other than the powerful Gold Zeo Ranger, Pyramidas is a behemoth capable of releasing golden lightning bolts and traveling at interstellar speeds — making it the perfect vehicle to transport the Zeo Zords anywhere on the battlefield.
By itself, Pyramidas is only 50m tall, but its Carrier Mode extends some parts of its body to accommodate all Zeo Zords. When activated to fight, Pyramidas can stand upright to trigger its Warrior Mode — a hulking bot that can stand up to 102m. While Pyramidas cannot move in Warrior Mode, it can fire devastating energy blasts that can one-hit enemies. Its form can likely strike fear into the hearts of opponents, as Pyramidas is easily around four times taller than most Megazord-sized enemies.

The true form of the Jungle Pride Charge, although its finisher doesn’t have a name
When the Jungle Fury Rhino Ranger takes control of the Rhino Animal Spirit via the Control Dagger, the Jungle Fury Rangers get access to the Rhino Steel Zord — a charging mecha with a large blade horn and the ability to drag all other Animal Spirits with it, essentially making it into a Carrierzord. Although Dominic can turn the Rhino Steel Zord into a fighter via the Rhino Warrior Mode, it’s through its carrying potential that this Zord shines.
Combining the Rhino Steel Zord with the Jungle Master Megazord and the Wolf Zord turns it into the charging Jungle Master Stampede that can unleash powerful energy attacks, slashes, and punches to obliterate foes. And,when Camille and Jarrod join forces with the Rangers, the Rhino Steel Zord unleashes its proper Ultrazord form: theJungle Pride Charge with Lion and Chameleon Power. For its unnamed finisher, this behemoth stabs and slashes as well as unleash energy blasts before the Jungle Pride Megazord uses the Lion Animal Spirit’s bladed tail to bisect the enemy.

The second Carrierzord of the franchise, comes with its own Warrior Mode
Not all Ranger teams have a conveniently-large base to store their Zords, as even theMighty MorphinhadTor the Shuttlezordas the ever-reliable Carrierzord to bring the Thunderzords wherever the battle needed to take place. Since Titanus can only carry the Dinozords, Zordon entrusted the team with Tor shortly after Tommy had become the White Ranger. Tor first appeared as an ally to the Rangers against Lord Zedd’s Four Head before becoming a staple Ultrazord mount.
Although Titanus was technically “longer” than Tor in length and is the franchise’s first Carrierzord for the Dinozords, Tor is unique for having dual modes. Tor can activate its Warrior Mode when flipped upright or upon activation — essentially revealing short hands with open-tipped fingers that can shoot lazer beams. Its chest is large enough for the Red Dragon Thunderzord (and presumably any other Thunderzord) to recharge. Such are the combat capabilities of Tor that not only did it manage to fend off Serpentera (before being forced to retreat), but also for being the only Thunderzord not to be destroyed in battle.

Personal Carrierzord of Tommy Oliver as the Black Dino Thunder Ranger
Tommy Oliver makes a historic return inPower Rangers Dino Thundernot just as the mentor of the new Dino Thunder Rangers but also as their Black Dino Ranger, with the alum’s experience becoming an essential part in the team’s fight against Mezogog and his forces. However, as the Black Dino Ranger, Tommy also offers something else to the team’s arsenal: theBrachiozord. Not one to miss out on an exclusive Zord, the Brachiozord is a behemoth that can unleash lightning bolts. Moreover, it’s a Carrierzord that effectively transports the other Dino Zords into the fight.
Interestingly enough, the Brachiozord isn’t used in any Megazord transformations — and it is the only Zord left out of any Zord combinations. However, the Valkasaurus Megazord does surf on the Brachiozord’s neck before being used by the Thundersaurus Megazord.

A combination Zord, where the Thunderstorm Megazord rides on top of the Mammothzord
While the Thunderstorm Megazord in itself is a capable Megazord, it wasn’t enough to match the mettle of Shimazu and his Wolfblades. It’s only thanks to Cameron Watanabe finding the mythical Mammothzord that it provided much-needed backup to the Thunderstorm Megazord in the fight. As with other Ultrazords, theThunderstorm Ultrazordis a mounted combatant that essentially had the Mammothzord as a “ride” of the Thunderstorm Megazord in battle.
The highlight of this Ultrazord is with the Mammothzord itself — essentially a Zord that can be summoned by anyone provided they use the Lightning Rift Blaster as a guitar. A key part of the Mammothzord’s arsenal is its storage capacity, as it can store Power Spheres for later usage when hit by the Thunderstorm or Hurricane Megazords, essentially turning it into a mounted weapons station. The Mammothzord was unfortunately destroyed by Vexacus’s Land Shark, rendering this Ultrazord form unusable.

Personal Zord of Lord Zedd
Despite the infamy ofSerpenteraas aPower Rangersvillain, little is known about its origins except that Lord Zedd first activated it upon hearing that Zordon would berecruiting new Rangers. It’s only thanks to the running gag that operating Serpentera uses too much power that the Rangers make it out of encounters scot-free, as the times they did fight Serpentera showed that even the Red Dragon Thunderzord had no way of stopping it. Even the large (but not large enough) Tor the Shuttlezord could only distract it, as Serpentera can practically shove obstacles aside.
With sufficient power, Serpentera can power up devastating lightning blasts — of which one could even obliterate an entire planet. Serpentera also seems to be capable of achieving fast-enough speeds that it didn’t have to spend too much time to catch up with escaping Rangers. Zedd had apparently hidden or buried Serpentera after his return to ensure his enemies didn’t get to destroy or steal it, and General Venjix of the United Alliance of Evil would have reactivated the Zord had it not been for the combined forces Wild Force Red (Cole Evans) and his predecessors in “Forever Red.”

Personal Zord of Evox
During the “Grid Connection” crossover eventinBeast Morphers, evil computer virus Evox utilized the Keeper’s secrets and created his version of an all-powerful Zord, combining his warrior spirit with four Energems and the Keeper’s staff. This Zord turned out to be theChimera Zord, a four-legged winged monstrosity with a circular mouth that opened to reveal a primary head and a mane comprised of six dinosaur heads.
Despite the one-off appearance of the Chimera Zord, this behemoth proved too much for the forces of even the Mighty Morphin, Dino Thunder, Dino Charge, and Grid Battleforce Rangers combined. Its seven heads can launch multiple laser beams, and its colossal size endowed it with such durability that multiple attacks from Megazords didn’t have any effect. It was noted that the Chimera Zord is eight times as large as Serpentera, making the Zord a ridiculous 2760m tall — making it the largest Zord in existence. Only a concentrated blast from the combined forces of the Dino Charge Megazord and the Beast-X King Zord managed to send Chimera Zord to explode into space.
