My Hero Academiafans finally have some extra content at hand, thanks to the release of the Ultra Age Fanbook, which dropped earlier this month. The author of the series, Kohei Horikoshi, has revealed a ton of exciting information to the fans, including character trivia, abilities, and lore about the world ofMHAin general.
It is no surprise to know that All Might, one of the greatest characters in the world ofMy Hero Academia, was at the center of this fan book too and readers finally got more information on him, both in his prime days as well as older days at the end of the story.
Prime All Might’s Power As Fans Know It
Fans know very well thatAll Might is known to be the strongest Heroin his prime. Fans only saw All Might in his prime briefly in the story, and whenMHAbegins, he is way past his best. In combat, fans have never truly seen All Might at the peak of his powers, but fans do have a good idea of how strong he was. When All Might fights and beats the Nomu in USJ, he states that it took him over 300 punches while in his prime, it would’ve taken him only 5 punches.

Horikoshi Confirms Prime All Might’s Speed
All Might Could Run At Mach 10
Kohei Horikoshi always gets questions about All Might’s powers in his prime, andthis fanbook was no different. He was asked about the speed of Prime All Might, or more specifically, the fastest that he has ever run. To that, Horikoshi clarified that he could run at Mach 10.
Question: What’s the fastest speed in kilometers All Might has ever run?
Horikoshi: Mach 10 levels of speed (12,348km/h)
Mach 10 is already incredibly fast and just by him running at that speed, there would be large-scale destruction around him, given that this speed is 10 times the speed of sound. But, what’s crazier is that this is only the fastest that All Might has run, not the fastest he can go. In fact, inMy Hero Academia, it is stated canonically that All Might restrains himself while moving so as to not destroy everything around him. This meansAll Might can move at speeds far greater than Mach 10if that’s the speed at which he’s suppressed.

How Fast Can All Might Go?
While Mach 10 is definitely the fastest he’s run, he can definitely go even faster. His reaction speed and combat speed can easily be higher, and that’s what makes him a force to be reckoned with. IfAll Might is ever fully unrestrained, then even Mach 10 wouldn’t be a comparison for his full speed. Unfortunately, fans will likely never know.
