Neve Campbell Joins The Cast Of X-Men ‘97 Season 2 As Polaris

On May 12th, 2025, thecreator and executive producer, Beau DeMayo, posted on X that hecast Neve Campbell as Polaris inX-Men ‘97season 2. He praised her performance and wrote, “She does amazing work bringing something new.”

Previously, fans thought Neve Campbell was playing Polaris inthe upcomingAvengers: Doomsday, and My Time To Shine posted this recently. Alex Perez retweeted and said, “Yeah, I’ll confirm it.” When a fan asked if Campbell would voice a character onX-Men ‘97, Perez said no and noted she has had one voice part in the past.

X-Men ‘97season 1premiered on Disney+ on March 20th, 2024and ran for 10 episodes. The series brings back beloved characters such as Logan/Wolverine (Cal Dodd), Jean Grey (Jennifer Hale), and Scott Summers/Cyclops (Ray Chase).Polaris (also named Dr. Lorna Sally Dane) was introduced inThe X-Men#49, which was published in October 1968, and has made a few appearances in pop culture.
