Summary
Ringsare accessories used to boost stats and provide magic effects inOblivion Remastered, and some of these accessories have such powerful enchantments that will completely overturn the balance of the game in favor of the players.
In this list, players will discover some of the most broken Rings in the game, even those that were not included in the original version of the game, but are now available for players. From a ring that is not as mundane as his name states, to a ring that was considered exclusive of the PC version of the Game, untilThe Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remasteredwas released.
1Mundane Ring
The Most Broken Ring In The Game
The Mundane Ringis the most powerful accessory players can get in the game, granting 50% Resist Magic and 35% Spell Reflection as long as players have it equipped. With that said, equipping two of these items is impossible, so reaching 100% Spell resistance needs to be done by other means.
Still, having just one of these formidable rings equipped is enough to force spellcaster enemies into a corner, more so if players are bretons, since they will naturally reach a 100% Magic Resistance with this equipped.
2Ring Of Perfection
The Ring of Perfectionis one of the best accessories players can get in Oblivion Remastered, since it adds +10 to all stats, but since players need to farm it by slaying Moth Priests at the Ancestor Moth Crypt, located inside the Temple of the Ancestor Moths, located northeast of the Shrine of Azura, in the Jellall Mountians.
Before players get there and start to mass-murder meditating monks, they should make a quick save at the entrance, then go for the slaughter and see if any of the priests there have the ring. If not, they should reload and try over and over, until they get it.
3Spectre Ring
The Spectre Ring grants a permanent Chameleon spell effect of 25%, and also a permanent Feather spell that adds 100 extra carry weight, while also fortifying the skills Stealth and Security by 5 points. In exchange, it will weaken Strength by 10 and Endurance by 5, which is a low price to pay for having such a powerful boost in stats.
Combined with the Ring of Khajiti, the Spectre Ringwill grant a whopping 60 % of Chameleon to players, which can also be boosted further by equipping other items with similar effects. It is
4Sorcerer’s Ring
Alongside the Spelldrinker Amulet, the Sorcerer’s Ring is another great accessory that grants Spell Absorption 25% and Fortifies Magicka by 25. It is important to mention that this Unique Ring can be farmed, but it has an extremely low drop rate.
So, if players intend to get this, they should try their luck by farming Robber’s Glenn Cave or Fyrelight Cave, especially the Boss Rooms, since these have a chest with more chances to drop accessories.
5Ring of Khajiti
The Ring of Khajiti is a unique ring that grants 35% Chameleon and +10 to speed, and can be easily obtained bycompleting the quest for Meridia, one of the Daedric Princes who are considered ‘good.’
This ring is ideal for players playing the stealthy game, be it that they’re Thieves, or Witchhunters, since that powerful Chameleon effect can help a lot for players who need to use sneak attacks and still remain undetected to other enemies. Plus, unlike Invisibility, Chameleon effects do not disappear when players take actions like opening locks, or attacking. That’s a big plus.
6Ring Of Transmutation
A Magicka Boost, At A Cost
The Ring of Transmutation can be obtained by purchasing it from Ungarion in the Warlock’s Luck shop at Bravil. It offers a +50 Magicka boost at the cost of losing 10 Strength and 10 Endurance. There are better options for rings, but it is true that this ring is easily obtainable early in the game ifplayers with high mercantile skillsbuy it.
The ring becomes obsolete only in the late game, when Trascendent Sigil Stones appear, and players can enchant a regular ring with +50 Magicka without the downside effects. Still, it is a pretty decent option until then.
