Luckily, you don’t necessarily need to waituntil you reach a high leveland hope for RNG. Some locations inOblivion Remasteredare guaranteed to contain one or even several Grand Soul Gems. But it is worth noting that some of them are locked with a hard lock or are located behind a bunch of enemies.
