Oda has made clear on multiple occasions that the Final Saga won’t just focus on the Straw Hat Pirates. As such, there will come a point in Elbaf, likely after the defeat of the Holy Knights, where Oda will turn away from the country of Giants and show the rest of the world, and the turmoil outside. It must be remembered that two things need focus right now.
The Garp Scenario
Blackbeard’s Capture of Garp is one of the biggest things that need attention right now. Garp is in captivity and talks with the World Government about Garp will begin soon. Blackbeard will most likely make a public announcement, which means that the Government will be pressured to act to either give Blackbeard what he wants in exchange for Garp,or fight to save Garp, which means an all-out war. It is highly likely that the second scenario will unfold on the Pirate Island.

The second event that fans need to keep their eyes on is the battle around the Red Line, where the Revolutionary Army has laid siege to the Holy Land. Saving Garp and Pudding Is Important
