When it comes to Charlotte Katakuri, fans haven’t really seen much of him over the years. In the Whole Cake Island arc, he was extremely active, so much so that he overshadowed Big Mom herself in many ways. After the arc, however, fans only saw small glimpses of him. Oda showed Katakuri in a cover story, where he ended up fighting Oven while the Vinsmoke family got their captured members back. Later down the line, fans also saw him again, only this time,Katakuri was tuning in to Vegapunk’s message, which consisted of terrific information.

Katakuri Will Play A Role in Trying To Rescue Pudding
In the absence of Big Mom and Perospero, the only one who can lead the crew is Charlotte Katakuri, and fans already know that. It is clear that Katakuri is the strongest of the lot. But, more than that, Katakuri also fights for everyone around him, which also includes Pudding, and that makes the whole idea of his return simple.

Katakuri Will eventually join the group of the Straw Hat Pirates once again. This will likely happen on Pirate Island, where the goal will be for Luffy to rescue Garp. Given that Pudding is already there, Katakuri wouldn’t want to waste even a single second to help her out, especially since this is going to be a Marineford-style war.
By going to the Pirate Island,Katakuri will most likely wait for Luffy’s arrivalbefore just going on ahead to defeat the Blackbeard pirates. Although he will likely not defeat Blackbeard and will most likely only engage the Blackbeard Pirates in combat, fans know that it’ll be extremely exciting to see Katakuri in the story once again. Along with him, some members of the Big Mom Pirates will likely show up as well, and truly it’ll be wonderful to see all those characters in the story once again.
