One Piece’sElbaf arc is well underway and fans are absolutely blown away by the quality of this arc so far. With incredible lore reveals and big battles already being set up, it is no surprise to know that Elbaf is a top-tierOne Piecearc already.
But, to make this arc even more special, it seems Oda is planning something that fans have been waiting for for ages now. In fact, it is something that fans have gotten glimpses of on multiple occasions in the story, and that’s the God Valley Incident. Undoubtedly, it is one moment of history with the most hype surrounding it, and it seems fans are in foryet another God Valley Flashback in the Elbaf arc.
The Loki and Rocks Connection In One Piece
The very first idea of Oda giving the fansa God Valley Flashback came through Loki. It must be said that nobody expected Oda to draw a God Valley Flashback in the Elbaf arc, however, the moment Loki spoke of his connection to Rocks D. Xebec, things became incredibly clear. From what fans know so far, Loki admired Rocks the same way Luffy admires Shanks and fans will definitely get to see more of Rocks in Loki’s flashback.

At this point, a Loki flashback is inevitable inOne Piece, and will most likely follow when Oda concludes the major conflict in the Sun World of Elbaf. Loki’s flashback will give fans a comprehensive look at his life, as well as that of Rocks D. Xebec, along with his overarching goals and dreams, which have, no doubt, been largely skewed by the World Government and the Marines. Through Loki, fans will definitely hear about the God Valley Incident.
Scopper Gaban and Sommers Have History From God Valley

The most recent nod that Oda made at the God Valley Incident came inOne Piecechapter 1148. In this chapter, Oda basically went ahead and confirmed to the fans that the same Holy Knights, that is, Sommers, Killingham, and possibly even Gunko, were active in God Valley. Gaban remembers Sommers from God Valley, and that means these two characters must’ve clashed there. Back then, it appears Sommers escaped his fury. Fans don’t know much about their rivalry in One Piece, but it’s clear that Gaban will likely reveal the answers inOne Piecechapter 1148, where he will briefly go overthe events of the God Valley Incident.

Oda Will Show Glimpses Of The God Valley Incident
At this point,the events of the God Valley Incidentbeing expanded upon in Elbaf is a certainty. Oda will most definitely give fans a few glimpses of this flashback through Scopper Gaban, when he does reveal major information about the past of the world to the Straw Hat Pirates next, and at the same time, through Loki, when he starts telling his full story to Luffy and the crew.
Fans have been waiting forthe God Valley Flashbackfor years, and now, with Elbaf, they are closer to it than ever before. By the time this arc ends, the God Valley Incident will be a lot clearer.
