The Monster Trio Of The Straw Hat Pirates Is Their Core
When it comes to the might of the Straw Hat Pirates, one thing clear to the fans is that the Monster Trio form a big chunk of their power. Together, the Monster Trio represent only 30% isthe Straw Hat Pirates, yet, this 30% holds the most strength of the crew. The other 70% doesn’t even compare, and that’s the truth of it. Luffy, out of the three, is, by far, the most powerful in the Monster Trio. He is on a completely different level, being the only one strong enough to take down a Yonko on his own.

Meanwhile, Zoro and Sanji are on a similar level, known to be quite strong, although not as strong as the Yonko of theOne Pieceworld. It is only a matter of time before they too get stronger and can compete with the elites, but for now, Luffy is way above them in terms of power level.

Fans weren’t entirely sure of how Oda would handle the remaining members of the Straw Hat crew as a Yonko group. However, Elbaf has given the fans the answer to that, and it is safe to say that the remaining members of the group, while strong, are disappointing.In the Elbaf arc, Jinbe, Nami, Usopp, and Brook, four commanders who are, together, worth over 2 billion berries, were taken down by just 1 Holy Knight, Gunko. This is a pathetic performance that no other Yonko crew would’ve shown.

Nico Robin proved to be the only member of the crew worth her moneyas she went up against Sommersand outclassed in a battle of wits, not being able to break his immortality. It can be said that Jinbe and Robin are capable Yonko Commanders, but the others need to do much better.
Are The Straw Hats As Strong as Other Yonko Crews?
It goes without saying thatthe top fighters of the Straw Hat Piratesare just as strong as those of the other major Yonko crews. But, the weaker members still need more work. Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Robin specifically have proven to be impressive. The others, however, need to work harder. Right now, in an all-out Yonko battle, half of the Straw Hat Pirates would get embarrassed.
