The Elbaf arc is no exception. The arc focuses on the country of giants, which is considered the strongest inOne Piece. Naturally, Eiichiro Oda wanted to introduce the most powerful Devil Fruits. But as always, there is a discrepancy between them. Some are superior to the rest in terms of power.
6Iku Iku no Mi

The Iku Iku no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that belongs to Bilbo, the librarianof the Owl Library in Elbaf.The Devil Fruit allows its user to increase the size of inanimate objects. The power of this Devil Fruit was first revealed when a book being carried by Nico Robin grew in size.
The Devil Fruit’s power may not seem like much, but under a better user, it could become devastating. Since it belongs to Bilbo, there is absolutely no chance that it will be used in such a manner. The limitations of the Iku Iku no Mi make it the weakest Devil Fruit to be introduced in the Elbaf arc.
5Loki’s Devil Fruit
User: Loki
Loki is the son of the late King Harald. Unlike his father, Loki is considered callous and mischievous. According to the people of Elbaf, Loki was responsible for killing his father. Following this event, Loki was captured and sent to the Underworld realm.
It has been revealed that Loki murdered his father because he wanted to claim the Devil Fruit passed down within the royal family. While its power remains unknown, it is safe to say that it will certainly be a God Tier Devil Fruit. It is likely that Loki will show off the Devil Fruit’s abilities in the fight against the God’s Knights.
4Aro Aro no Mi
User: Gunko
The Aro Aro no Mi belongs to Gunko, one ofthe members of the God’s Knights. She came to Elbaf with the Shamrock to take away the kids. Like all the other members of the God’s Knights, Gunko considers herself superior to regular people, as evidenced by her demand to be called God.
The Aro Aro no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows Gunko to create vectorial arrows. She can use the ability in numerous ways. For starters, Gunko can redirect attacks, making it extremely difficult for a person to hurt her. Gunko can use the Aro Aro no Mi to increase the power of her strikes. By enhancing her strength, Gunko was able to beat the Giants with ease. She can also wrap the arrows around the body of a person and send them flying.
3Iba Iba no Mi
User: Shepherd Sommers
Shepherd Sommers' Iba Iba no Mi is one of the deadliest Devil Fruits in One Piece. It fallsin the Paramecia class andis capable of causing a lot of damage. The Iba Iba no Mi allows its user to create invisible, thorny vines that can be wrapped around an object or a person.
Since they are invisible, most people unwillingly come in contact with the thorns. Once that happens, they experience a sharp, excruciating pain. According to Sommers, if the emotional attachment between the two is deep enough, the pain from touching the thorns will kill the person who touches them. Sommers also used the Devil Fruit in direct combat with Saul and caused him multiple injuries.
2Shamrock’s Cerberus

Figarland Shamrock is likely thenew leader of the God’s Knights,and he received the promotion after Figarland Garling was elected as the new God Head of Science and Defense. Figarland Shamrock is the son of Garling, but more interestingly, he is Shanks' twin brother. Despite being related by blood, Shamrock doesn’t seem to have any affection for his brother.
Shamrock has not eaten a Devil Fruit, but his sword has. Shamrock’s sword is able to turn into a Cerberus, a mythical creature with three heads from Greek mythology. The sword transforms on Shamrock’s command, and it can easily wound someone like Loki without any problems.

The Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Kirin is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that was eaten by Rimoshifu Killingham. As it is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit,the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Kirin is muchrarer than any other type of Devil Fruit. Killigham has likely spent a lot of time using the Devil Fruit, which is why he has Awakened it.
It grants Killingham two abilities. With the first, he can put a person to sleep. The second power allows him to materialize the dreams of the person who is asleep. With the combination of the two, Killingham wreaked havoc on Elbaf. So far, nobody has been able to counter Killingham’s power, and it’s highly unlikely that anyone will.
