Starting May 13 at 11:00am PT,Pokemon GOwill permanently increase the daily Remote Raid limit from five to 10. But that’s not all.Pokemon GOplayers will also be able to use a Remote Raid Pass to participate inShadow Raidsuntil the conclusion of the Crown Clash: Taken Over event. Then, starting May 19 at 11:00am PT,Pokemon GOplayers will be able to use Remote Raid Passes in conjunction with Max Particles to participate in Max Battles remotely. This will be limited-time as well, though specific end dates were not revealed.
When is the Pokemon GO Remote Raid Limit Increasing?
Pokemon GOplayers can also look forward to a permanent increase in theirMax Particles limit. Max Particles are necessary for players to participate in Max Battles, and starting May 19 at 11:00am PT, their limit is being increased from 1,000 to 1,500. By increasing the number of Remote Raids and Max Particles,Pokemon GOplayers should find it a lot easier to engage with the game.
Pokemon GOmade it clear that these limits could be increased again during special events, and revealed when the first one is taking place. From Saturday, May 24 at 5:00pm PT to Sunday, May 25 at 8:00pm PT, thePokemon GORemote Raid limit will be increased from 10 all the way to 20. Needless to say, that weekend should be a big one forPokemon GOplayers that want to battle in remote raids.
