What Exactly Are Power Caps?
Power Caps arethresholds that determine the Light Levels of the equipment that drops for you. For example, if your Light Level is below 2010, then every item that drops for you will have a Light Level that’s higher than your current average. Everything you do will reward you with stronger gear up until you reach the Hard/Powerful Cap.
What is the Hard/Powerful Cap in Destiny 2?
