InBaldur’s Gate 3, Roah Moonglow is a Halfling merchant who is associated with the Zhentarim faction and ends up becoming a smuggler for the Cult of the Absolute. In Act 1, she can be located within Shattered Sanctum in the Goblin Camp, west of the center room. In Act 2, she will have made her way toMoonrise Towersand can be found on the first floor around the same area as the Bugbear merchant, Lann Tarv. Lastly, in Act 3, she can be found first during the fight after you first meet Minsc, and later in the Guild Master’s Office, depending on the outcome of her coup against Nine-Fingers Keene.
