Anthony Michael Hall Will Be Joining the Cast of Wednesday Season 2
As reported byVariety,Anthony Michael Hall has joined the second season ofWednesdayin an undisclosed, mysterious role.The casting marks a reunion between Hall and director Tim Burton, who worked together 35 years ago on the 1990 filmEdward Scissorhands, which also stars Johnny Depp, Winona Ryder, Dianne Wiest, and the late great Vincent Price. Hall played Jim in the movie, a local bully who was plagued with jealousy and possessiveness, which eventually led to a tragic confrontation with Edward. Hall also starred in many John Hughes films, like the 1983 comedyNational Lampoon’s Vacation,Sixteen Candles,The Breakfast ClubandWeird Science.
Along with Hall,Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, Noah B. Taylor, Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Lumley, Thandiwe Newton, Frances O’Connor, Haley Joel Osment, Heather Matarazzo, and Joonas Suatamo are all set to make their appearance in Wednesday Season 2.
