The Frontier Motel is a relatively large structure that consists of several small buildings. If players don’t find the safe or its combination during the tutorial mission ofDays Gone, they can return there once they’re able to get back to theBelknap region, west of Cascade.
The safe of the Frontier Motel is behind the front desk, which is located in a building with a bright blue roof next to a giant tent, south of the garage and gas station. The front desk room is on the western side of the building, opposite one of the Freaker nests, as this is an infestation zone.
Players can interact with the safe, but it’ll only let them know that they need the combination to open it.

The Frontier Motel safe combination is actually close to the safe itself, much closer than most players would expect. However, it is easy to miss, as it is just a small piece of paper hidden away in a drawer.To find the safe combination inDays Gone, players must open the door on the same wall as the safe and enter the room behind it. Here, they will spot a dresser with an open drawer, right beside the window that overlooks the gas station - it is exactly here that gamers will find the Frontier Motel safe combination. Once they have it, they can return to the previous room and open the safe.
