The Collector is one of those side quests that you’re more likely to trigger by accident than on purpose. This is because there are two ways to start it, and the first of which isn’t entirely obvious. In short, you mustbring 1 Ayleid Statue to Jollringto start The Collector quest inOblivion Remastered.
You will find this NPC in Umbacano Manor, which is in the western part of Imperial City. He will tell you that Umbacano wants to find all the Statues and is willing to pay a good price for them.
Alternatively, you can run into Jollring in any shop where you’ve previously sold an Ayleid Statue. In either case, this will lead you to the quest to find all 10 Ayleid Statues.
