Lunar Remastered Collectionis basedon the PS1 originals, albeit with some select changes. Like its predecessor,Lunar 2: Eternal Bluehas retained the collectible cards and portraits called Bromides, which makes them a must-have for trophy/achievement hunters going for the platinum.
There are several to collect before and during the game’s epilogue, with 22 cards to collect; there are more to find than inLunar Silver Star Story,with cards related to the current cast of characters, including Hiro and fellow adventurers, as well as throwbacks to the first game. This guide will show you how tocollect all Bromides forLunar 2: Eternal Blue.
How To Collect All The Bromides In Lunar Eternal Blue Remastered’s Main Story
This guide only covers the remastered version ofLunar 2:Eternal Blueand not the PS1 version.
In Lunar 2: Eternal Blue, there are 22 optional Bromide cards to collect, and they can easily be overlooked. Although these cards do not affect gameplay, you’re able to view their special portraits in-game, and finding them all will unlock the “Eternal Blue Hobbyist” and “Eternal Blue Collector"trophies/achievements.
Lucia’s Bromide 1
Lucia’s Bromide 1 is unlocked in Larpa after the scene where Lucia is healed. Speak to the man outside his house above the Althena statue.
Jean’s Bromide 2
you’re able to find Jean’s Bromide 2 after the party defeats the Plantella monster that attacked the caravan. After beating it, speak to the girl at the exit that leads to the Illusion Woods.
Lemina’s Bromide 3 & Lemina’s Bromide 2
When the party is in Meribia, go inside Ramus' Store to speak to the older man near the counter, and exhaust all of his dialogue to retrieve Lemina’s Bromide 3. Then go up the left staircase and examine the barrel in the far left corner to get Lemina’s Bromide 2.
Jessica’s Bromide
While still in Meribia, leave Ramus' store and walk east to the pub and speak to the man on the left standing near the bar to get Jessica’s Bromide.
Mia’s Bromide
When the party arrives at the Vane Transmission Spring, speak to the farmer holding a pitchfork to get Mia’s Bromide.
Lemina’s Bromide 1
Head to the Vane Library and take a right in the upper row of books. Take a right andexamine the final bookshelfto get Lemina’s Bromide 1.
Collect The Bromides In Lunar 2: Eternal Blue’s Epilogue
After collecting the first seven Bromides in the main story, you can collect the remaining 15 fromLunar 2: Eternal Blue’sepilogue.
Use the Dragonship to navigate to each location to collect the Bromides.
Mauri’s Bromide 2
You can collect Mauri’s Bromide 2 from the chest on theupper left side of Ronfar’s house in Raculi.
Mauri’s Bromide 1
Speak to Ronfar in his house, then after he rejoins the party, speak to Mauri to get Mauri’s Bromide 1.
Luna’s Bromide
A card referencing Luna fromSilver Storycan be obtained from the couple from Nall’s group earlier in the story. Their home is located in Vane, and it’s thefirst house on the left.Speak to the lady, and she’ll give Hiro Luna’s Bromide.
Borgan’s Bromide
Head inside the Magic Guild, converse with Lemina to get her to rejoin the party, and then speak to Borgan to get his Bromide.
Jean’s Bromide 3 & Jean’s Bromide 4
Go to the Madoria Carnival, head north to move into the next area of the carnival, and purchase Jean’s Bromide 3 for 3000 silver from the man on the right of the entrance. Then go north in the same area and open the new chest underneath some balloons to the right of the caravans.
Lucia’s Bromide 3
Lucia’s Bromide 3 is located in the Mystic Gardens with the Fairies. Head north and talk to the Fairy on the right side of the path that crosses the water.
Ghaleon’s Bromide
Go back to the Mystic Ruins and return to the room near the main story’s final boss. Navigate the floating platforms back to the top of the ruins, and open the new chest.
Lucia’s Bromide 4
Lucia’s Bromide 4 can be found inside a chest in the left room with the cell in Taben’s Peak.
Lucia’s Bromide 2 & Nall’s Bromide
Enter the room on the right in Taben’s Peak and enter the playroom to speak to the child behind the slide to get Nall’s Bromide. Then leave the playroom and go through the exit separating the playroom and the room with the bunkbeds to reach the outdoor park. Speak to the baby in the cot to get Lucia’s Bromide 2.
Jean’s Bromide 1
After Jean rejoins the party, head to Horam and enter the small dojo with the drunken warriors and speak to the old master near the chair to get Jean’s Bromide 1.
Leminia’s Bromide 4
Travel to the Meribia Sewers and navigate to the left-hand pathway to find and open a chest containing Leminia’s Bromide 4.
Mystere’s Bromide
Speak to the man in the blue outfit standing near the northside entrance to Takkar Village to get Mystere’s Bromide.
Hiro’s Bromide
The final Bromide inLunar 2: Eternal Blueis Hiro’s. You can find it in the chest near the top of Lionhead Mountain on the nose.
