ThoughWorld of WarcraftPatch 11.1.5 was released nearly a month ago, some of its most exciting content is not yet available. Horrific Visions Revisited, which unlocks on May 20, is a revamped version of the original instanced activity fromBattle for Azeroth, complete with new features, Mask modifiers, and rewards.
Now, Blizzard has revealed some of the items players can earn in Horrific Visions Revisited ahead of the its arrival. A short videoWorld of Warcraftshared on Twitter showcased a bunch of shadow-touched mounts, including the Corruption of the Aspects, Ny’alothan Shadow Worm, Nesting Swarmite, Void-Forged Stallion, and Void-Scarred Pack Mother. It went on to reveal the Eye of Chaos pet, alongside four N’Zoth-themed transmog sets: the Vision Manipulator’s Vestments, Garb of the Insatiable Vision, Vision Tormentor’s Battlekit, and Malignant Vision’s Battleplate. These are just some of the many new rewards fans can obtain from this revamped feature, alongside plenty of returning favorites.

Once Horrific Visions becomes available, players can get started by speaking to Soridormi in Dornogal, just south of the Coreway. From there, they can return to the void-touched versions of Orgrimmar and Stormwind to complete challenges, earn achievements, and collect powerful gear and Displaced Corrupted Mementos, the event’s currency.WoWfans who need help tackling Horrific Visions challenge modesby activating the eight Mask affixes can enlist the help of the new Construct of Soridormi, who acts as an optional NPC ally to aid solo players, or earn passive buffs by completing Tributes during their runs and researching upgrades at the Hourglass of Horrific Visions.
Horrific Visions was an incredibly popular activity duringBattle for Azeroth, so fans are understandably excited to see it return with new features. The sparse and buggy launch features ofWorld of WarcraftPatch 11.1.5 received criticism from players, so many are hoping Horrific Visions Revisited can help redeem an otherwise-underwhelming update.
