Battle for AzerothTimewalking is coming toWorld of Warcraftin Patch 11.1.7, bringing with it some stellar rewards, including missing transmogs and mounts like the Kul Tiran trenchcoats, the Dark Ranger and Sylvanas bows, and the Moonlit Nightsaber. These items and more will be available to purchase with Timewarped Badges onceBattle for AzerothTimewalking arrives in the Turbulent Timeways event during the nextWorld of Warcraftupdate.

Timewalking is a periodic, week-long event where fans enter dungeons from old expansions to level up, collect gear, and earn Timewarped Badges, which are exchanged for rewards like mounts, toys, gear, and reputation. With the addition ofClassicTimewalking duringWorld of Warcraft’s 20th anniversary, every time period from the first 14 years of the game’s lifespan has its own Timewalking event.

Now, nearly seven years after it first launched,Battle for Azerothis getting the Timewalking treatment – and several previously unobtainable items are coming to its vendors. Though the full inventory has not been revealed yet, players on the Public Test Realm, includingWoWfan Saphras, have discovered several Kul Tiras trenchcoats, which are seemingly bought from the new Timewalking Vendor. Originally only used by Human and Kul Tiran NPCs, these two coats can be worn by any race and are believed to be only half of the colors that will eventually be implemented. What’s more, Wowhead contributor Portergauge found the bowsused byWorld of Warcraft’s iconic Banshee Queen Sylvanas Windrunnerand her Dark Rangers are also expected to be purchased from the vendor as well.

According toWoWcontent creator MrGM, the Moonlit Nightsaber and Ivory Savagemane mounts will also be found at these vendors, finally giving fans access to the white versions of these popular mounts after many years. What’s more, the Chrono Corsair Infinite Dragon pirate mount will be earned via the thirdTurbulent Timeways event inWorld of Warcraft, which heralds the arrival of the new Timewalking expansion.

Six dungeons will be available duringBFATimewalking: Atal’Dazar, Freehold, King’s Rest, Shrine of the Storm, Temple of Sethraliss, and Waycrest Manor. The event won’t launch with a Timewalking Raid, but hopefully, the Battle of Dazar’Alor, Eternal Palace, or Ny’alotha will retroactively be added sometime in the future.

The firstBattle for AzerothTimewalking event kicks off with the Turbulent TimewaysinWorld of WarcraftPatch 11.1.7, after which it will be added to the normal rotation. Neither the event nor the update has a release date yet, but the PTR calendar lists June 17 as the start date, so players can expect it to arrive around then.
