The first-place player used Tenpai Dragon as an alternative to Blue-Eyes, while the third-place Duelist utilized the popular “Branded” deck. “Mementotlan” also saw an impressive showing in April, used by both the 7th and 10th-ranked players.

The variety of decks used byMaster Duel’s top players was not without a few interesting outliers in the rankings as well. The eighth-ranked Duelist paired the “Yubel” theme with"Fiendsmith" cards as one of their decksof choice for the April season, while also flexing a “Millennium” variant of the “Snake-Eye” strategy.Master Duel’s ninth-ranked player for April also used a more unusual decklist for their Ranked climb, utilizing the “Lightsworn” Monsters' milling effects in combination with pieces of the once “Tier 0” Tearlaments deck.
